AN ACT
Amending section 32-1288, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the licensing and regulation of dental hygienists.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 32-1288, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
32-1288. Practicing without license; classification
It is a class 2 misdemeanor 6 felony for a person to practice dental hygiene in this state unless he the person has obtained a license from the board as provided in this article.
