AN ACT
amending title 35, chapter 1, article 1, arizona revised statutes, by adding section 35-104; relating to state fiscal year obligations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 35, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 35-104, to read:
35-104. Fiscal year obligations; limitation
Notwithstanding any other law, no obligation may be created for payment of a state program’s cost in fiscal years subsequent to the fiscal year in which the program is established.
