Purpose

 

Corrects defective and conflicting statutory text.

 

Background

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. 41-1304.01, a bill is introduced every year to incorporate Legislative Council’s recommendations for correcting strictly technical problems resulting from legislation passed during the previous legislative session.  H.B. 2213 makes these corrections.

 

There is no fiscal impact associated with the provisions of this legislation.

2.      Provides for a general effective date.
