trapping licenses; technical correction

 

Purpose

 

Makes technical and clarifying changes.

 

Background

 

Current statute stipulates that a person applying for a trapping license must first successfully complete a trapping education course conducted or approved by the Arizona Game and Fish Department.  S.B. 1345 makes technical and clarifying changes to this statute.

 

There are no  known fiscal impacts to the state general fund relating to the provisions of this bill.

 

Provisions

 

1.      Makes technical and clarifying changes.

 

2.      Provides for a general effective date.
