Makes a technical change.
The school district governing board is required to approve for common schools the course of study, the basic textbook for each course and all units recommended for credit under each general subject title prior to implementation of the course, pursuant to A.R.S. 15-721.
In all schools having four or fewer teachers, the county school superintendent may have advisory authority to assist the governing board in the selection and ordering of textbooks and instructional computer software.
S.B. 1180 makes a technical change to the language in statute.
