Purpose

 

Makes a technical correction to the statutes regulating public finances.

 

Background

 

Title 35, Arizona Revised Statutes, regulates public finances within the State of Arizona.  Issues regulated include budget preparation; fiscal procedures, controls and reports; and revenue and expenditure controls. S.B. 1060 makes technical changes to the statute regulating definitions under Title 35.

 

There is no anticipated fiscal impact associated with this legislation.
