As Passed the House

SB 1026 appropriates the sum of $80,00 in FY 02-03 from the motorcycle safety fund (MSF) to the Arizona Department of Transportation for voluntary motorcycle education, awareness and other programs established pursuant to the MSF.

History

·        Specifies that of the amount appropriated, $40,000 is designated for one full time employee.

·        States that it is the intent of the legislature that the $80,000 appropriation made from the MSF replace the funding from the state highway fund beginning July 1,2002.
