HB 2639 provides confidential communications for all participants involved in a critical incident stress management program.

A strike-everything amendment that allows paid leave to be considered hours worked for the purpose of calculating overtime in law enforcement will be offered in the Military, Veterans’ Affairs & Aviation Committee.
