Provisions

·          Authorizes the governor to mobilize the national guard of this state to engage in activities relating to control of the southern border of this state.

·          Allows the national guard of this state to enter into mutual assistance and support agreements, pertaining to border control activities, with law enforcement agencies and the border patrol operating in this state.
