Changes the annual due date of the Director of Water Resources’ report from July 1 to October 1.

History

The Department of Water Resources controls and supervises Arizona’s surface water, ground water, reservoirs and dams. Each year the Director of the Department is required to submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature. The report must include information on the Department’s operations and offer suggestions on their improvement.

Provisions

· Modifies the date the Director of the Department of Water Resources must turn in a report from July 1 to October 1 each year.
