AN ACT

REPEALING SECTION 30-814, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES; RELATING TO NATURAL GAS VEHICLE REFUELING APPARATUS MUNICIPAL SERVICE FEES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Repeal

Section 30-814, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
