SB 1343 requires that the State Board of Education rules shall allow a general equivalency diploma (GED) to be substituted for a high school diploma in the certification of emergency substitute teachers.

History

The State Board of Education rules require that emergency substitute teachers may be certified if the recipient holds at least a high school diploma.
