SB 1315 requires that health professional regulatory boards conduct roll call votes and maintain a record of each member’s vote.

History

Current statute does not stipulate how health profession regulatory boards conduct votes and how those votes are recorded.

Provisions

· Requires all health profession regulatory boards to record a roll call vote if a disciplinary action requires a vote.

· Provides for the use of consent agendas at meetings.

· Adds language to require that be suspended on the date it would otherwise expire or terminate until an active investigation is resolved.
