SB 1127 extends the termination date of the Arizona space commission.

 

Provisions

·                      Changes Arizona space commission termination date from July 1, 2001 to July 1, 2011.

·                      Extends title 41, chapter 10.1 repeal date 10 years.

·                      Specifies the purpose as continuing to work toward the establishment of an integrated, regional, educational and commercial space industrial complex.

·                      Effective retroactively to July 1, 2001.

 

SB 1127 passed the Military, Veteran Affairs and Aviation Committee unamended.
