SB 1009 requires counties to pay jurors at least $12. The bill also stipulates that municipalities shall pay jurors at the same rate as counties.

History

Laws 1970, Chapter 124, set the dollar amount for which counties would be required to pay jurors at $12 per day. SB 1009 sets $12 as the minimum amount which counties, cities and towns must pay their jurors.

Provisions
