SB 1004 transfers adult adoption provisions in the Arizona Revised Statutes from Title 8, relating to children, to Title 14, relating to trusts, estates, and protective proceedings.

 

Provisions

 

·                      Creates a new Chapter in Title 14 by moving ARS section 8-132 to Title 14.

 

·                      Makes technical and conforming changes.

 

SB 1004 mirrors HB 2276 that has passed the House of Representatives.
