Provisions

·                      Appropriates the amount of $105,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2001-02 to the Department of Economic Security.

·                      Stipulates that the appropriated monies shall be distributed to the Hopi Tribe for expenses of the KUYI radio station for community information, cultural heritage and emergency broadcasts.

·                      Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.
