Provisions

·                      Appropriates the amount of $10 million from the state general fund in fiscal year 2001-02 to the State Board of Education for capital costs for a Ganado School District comprehensive education center.

·                      Stipulates that the Ganado School District education center will house  a comprehensive educational program  in partnership with institutions of higher learning.

·                      Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.

 

HB 2532 passed the Committee on Native American Affairs unamended.
