HB 2498 modifies the requirements for membership of a county zoning and planning commission.

History

A county planning and zoning commission is formed to consult and advise a county board of supervisors on matters regarding planning, zoning and subdivision platting.

In counties having five supervisorial districts, the commission shall be made up of two members from each district.
