Provisions

·                      Appropriates $1,108,546 from the state general fund in FY 2001-02 to the Department of Economic Security for distribution to the Inter-Tribal Council of Arizona for community services for Indian Tribe elders.

·                      Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.
