HB 2468 makes a general fund appropriation to the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs for the Mule Gulch floodway channel.

Provisions

· Appropriates $920,000 from the state general fund in FY 2001-2002 to the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs for distribution to Cochise County and Bisbee to engineer, design and construct the Mule Gulch Floodway.

· Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.
