HB 2468 makes an appropriation to the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs for the Mule Gulch floodway channel.

Provisions

· Appropriates $920,000 from the state general fund in FY 2001-2002 to the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs for distribution to Cochise county and Bisbee to engineer, design and construct the Mule Gulch Floodway.

· Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.

HB 2468 passed the Military, Veteran Affairs and Aviation unamended.
