HB 2463 makes an appropriation to the Department of Economic Security for navajo capital headstart and senior projects.

Provisions

· Appropriates $960,000 from the state general fund in FY 2001-02 to the Department of Economic Security for the following:

· Chilchinbeto senior citizen building replatement ($500,000)

· Chilchinbeto headstart facility ($350,000)

· Sawmill chapter home construction for elders ($110,000)

· Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.
