HB 2460 makes an appropriation to the Department of Transportation for a pedestrian walkway near Kayenta.

 

Provisions

·                      Appropriates $400,000 from the state general fund in FY 2001-02 to the Department of Transportation for an additional pedestrian dedicated walkway across Laguna Wash Bridge.

·                      Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.

 

HB 2460 passed the Native American Affairs Committee unamended.
