HB 2459 transfers $2,000,000 from the capitol appropriations made to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) in Fiscal Year 2001-2002 to the Department of Health Services for capital construction of community health centers in medically underserved areas. The bill stipulates that the transfer of monies shall be except from lapsing.
