HB 2335 deals with the public safety personnel retirement system.

The proposed strike-everything amendment to HB 2335 provides for the following:

Provisions

· Appropriates $371,000 from the state general fund in FY 2001-02 to the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs for the Arizona army national guard training and community center in Yuma.

· Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.

HB 2335 passed the Military, Veteran Affairs and Aviation amended as follows:

· Original language was stricken and replaced by an appropriation.
