HB2332 amends Title 15 by adding a statute regarding educational records and recruiting.
15-142 was repealed in Laws 1996, chapter 284.
· Requires that the same information given to groups to inform pupils of educational or occupational opportunities by a school board, must also be given to official recruiting agents of the state militia and the armed services of the United States.
· Prohibits school boards from releasing information that would violate the Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act of 1974.
