HB2329 amends statute 28-2454 to allow disabled persons who have Purple Heart Plates to have the disabled logo on the plate.

 

History

Section 28-2454 deals with Purple Heart Medal recipient licenses plates.

 

Provisions

·                      Allows Purple Heart Medal license plates to include the International Symbol of Access for applicants who qualify for both.

HB2329 passed the Military, Veterans’ Affairs and Aviation committee unamended.
