This statute established what the money in the State lake improvement fund should be used for.

Provisions

· Permits fire districts to apply for monies in the State lake improvement fund to complete projects specified in the existing statute.

HB 2326 was amended the Military, Veterans’ Affairs and Aviation committee as follows:

· Limits the access to the State Lake Improvement fund to fire districts that provide water search, rescue and recovery.
