HB 2308 repeals the termination date of the Arizona Commission of Indian Affairs mandated by current law.

Provisions

·                      Stipulates that the Arizona Commission of Indian Affairs terminates on July 1, 2011

·                      Provides that current law regarding the Commission is repealed on January 1, 2012.

·                      Provides a retroactive effective date of July 1, 2001.
