HB 2308 repeals the termination date of the Arizona Commission of Indian Affairs mandated by current law and adds a new statute relating to the termination date of the Arizona Commission of Indian Affairs.

 

Provisions

·                      Repeals the termination date of the Arizona Commission of Indian Affairs.

·                      Stipulates that the Arizona Commission of Indian Affairs terminates on July 1, 2011 and that current law regarding the Commission is repealed on January 1, 2012.

·                      Effective retroactively to July 1, 2001.
