HB 2307 amends ARS§ 41-541, which deals primarily with the members, term, compensation, officers’ meetings and duties of the Arizona Commission of Indian affairs.

 

Provisions

·                      Enables the Commission of Indian Affairs to accept and spend fees collected at the Arizona Indian Town Hall in order to defer expenses that exceed the legislative appropriation for the Town Hall.

·                      Makes technical changes.
