HB 2303 makes an appropriation to the Department of Economic Security for a Navajo community project.

Provisions

· Appropriates $144,000 from the state general fund in FY2001-02 to the department of economic Security, for distribution to the Navajo for a youth recreation center.

· Requires that the Navajo tribe match the appropriation on a dollar for dollar basis.

· Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.
