HB 2302 makes an appropriation to the Department of Economic Security for Navajo Food Distribution facilities.

Provisions

· Appropriates $369,000 from the state general fund in FY 2001-2002 to the Department of Economic Security for the Navajo nation to renovate the food distribution warehouse at Leupp and to construct a new food distribution warehouse at Tuba City.

· Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.
