HB 2301 makes an appropriation to the Department of Economic Security for Navajo Food Distribution facilities.

Provisions

· Appropriates $331,000 from the state general fund in FY 2001-2002 to the Department of Economic Security for the Navajo Nation to renovate the food distribution warehouse at Teec Nos Pos, and to construct a new food distribution warehouse at Fort Defiance.

· Exempts the appropriation from lapsing.
