HB 2267 makes it unlawful for a
person to intimidate, harass or otherwise threaten any person for making a
lawful campaign contribution.
Provisions
·Prohibits a person from intimidating, harassing or
otherwise threatening any person for making a lawful campaign contribution of
labor, money or other thing of value to any other person.
·Makes a violation of this new provision a Class 1
misdemeanor.
