History

Relating to county boards of adjustment, current law specifies that a member of a board must be a taxpayer and a resident of an unincorporated area of the district from which they are appointed.

Provisions

·                      Stipulates that in order to be a member of a county board of adjustment a person must only be a resident of the district from which they are appointed.

HB 2209 passed the Counties & Municipalities Committee unamended.
