HB 2200 adds statutory language prohibiting the primary use of propane if natural gas is available to a housing unit.

Provisions

· Requires natural gas to be the principal source of gas if it is available to a single family residence, a multiple housing unit or a mobile home park.

· Allows propane gas to be used only for recreational vehicles and outdoor cooking and heating.
