· Defines the meaning of “minor.”
· Broadens the act of sexual exploitation of a minor to include visual depictions of what appears to be a minor.
· Defines the meaning of “appears to be.”
· States that in a case relating to sexual exploitation the identity of the minor does not have to be proven by the prosecution.
· Contains technical and conforming changes.
