HB 2062 allows a jury commissioner to draw and summon a trial jury from a particular judicial district if one or more judicial districts has been established in a particular county pursuant to court rule.

Provisions

· Authorizes a jury commissioner to draw and summon a trial jury from any portion of the county designated by court rule if one or more judicial districts are established by court rule in that county.

· Makes technical and conforming changes.
