House Bill 2031 contains technical changes relating to train dispatchers.

The proposed strike-everything amendment to House Bill 2031 broadens the definition of “utility user fees” to include fees charged for providing water.

Provisions

· Specifies that delinquent fees must exceed five hundred dollars before a lien can be filed on a property.

· States that before the lien is recorded a thirty-day notice and an opportunity for a hearing be provided.

· Broadens the definition of “utility user fees” to include fees charged for providing water.
