Page 1, line 31, after the period insert “If the notice and documents prescribed in this section are provided to”; after “examiners” insert “, the board”
Line 32, strike “required by subsection A of this section” insert “and documents”
After line 34, insert:
“F. If the notice and documents prescribed in this section are provided to the board of osteopathic examiners in medicine and surgery, the board shall pay for the cost of the notice and documents. The cost for each page of the notice is the same as the fee for making a copy of each page as prescribed by section 12-284, subsection A.”
