AN ACT

MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR EMERGENCY VACCINES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Supplemental appropriation; purpose

The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the tobacco tax medically needy account fund in fiscal year 2000-2001 to the department of health services for emergency vaccines.
