AN ACT
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY EAST FOR CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT AND RELATED EXPENSES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; purpose; exemption
A. The sum of $6,200,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2001-2002 and the sum of $3,100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2002-2003 to Arizona State University East for new campus development and related expenses.
B. The appropriations made in subsection A of this section are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
