AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE KAYENTA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SWIMMING POOL FACILITY RECONSTRUCTION.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; purpose; exemption
A. The sum of $3,816,250 is appropriated from the deficiencies correction fund established by section 15-2021, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2001-2002 to the school facilities board for distribution to the Kayenta unified school district number 27 for a new roof and renovation of the school and community swimming pool.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
