HOUSE BILL 2209

and respectfully recommends that the bill be amended as follows:

Page 1, line 22, strike "his" insert "THE PERSON'S"

Line 23, strike "him" insert "THE PERSON"

Amend title to conform

and as so amended, in the opinion of this Committee the bill is constitutional and in proper form.
