Strike lines 19 through 41, insert "records for the following purposes in the following amounts in accordance with procedures established by the director of the Arizona state library, archives and public records, in cooperation with the Arizona humanities council:

1.  $150,000 for the purposes of funding three separate workshops devoted to staff development in cultural heritage tourism.  Specifically, one workshop shall be devoted to marketing, one workshop for understanding cultural attractions and one workshop for collaboration between the cultural community and the tourism industry.

2.  $550,000 for museum product design and development of educational cultural tourism heritage, including up to $5,000 for planning grants, general grants of $10,000 to $50,000 for implementation and one capstone grant of $100,000 for an exemplary project.

3.  $50,000 for administrative expenses, including one staff position each for the Arizona state library, archives and public records and the Arizona humanities council, office expenses, proposal review, travel and outside evaluators."
