Page 6, between lines 42 and 43 insert:
“Sec. 5. Appropriation; purpose; exemption
A. The sum of $849,800 is appropriated from the state highway fund in fiscal year 2000-2001 to the department of transportation for the purposes of this act.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to the lapsing of appropriations.”
