Sponsors: Hatch-Miller, Gardner M, Horton, et al
Purpose:
HB 2639 establishes a 12-member study committee on internet
privacy, jurisdiction, regulation and taxation. The committee
includes six legislators, a representative of the government
information technology agency (GITA), a member appointed by the
president of ASU, a member appointed by the president of U of A,
and three members of the public with expertise in mail order sales,
the internet and computer hardware manufacturing.
