MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE COUNTY JAIL JUVENILE IMPROVEMENT FUND.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1.
The sum of $750,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of the fiscal years 1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 to the county jail juvenile improvement fund established by section 41-2420, Arizona Revised Statutes, for use by the Arizona criminal justice commission for the construction of new juvenile beds in county jail facilities in counties with a population of less than one million two hundred thousand persons according to the most recent United States decennial census.
